What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Dairy industry knowledge
- Working knowledge of proper management and feeding practices
- Computer literacy and ability to learn feed formulation/ration balancing
- Strong agricultural business aptitude
- Prior sales experience
- Proven track record developing new accounts
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
