      ABOUT YOU

      A natural leader with a passion for AdTech and media sales. This role would suit a driven team player with a hunter mentality; the ability to lead a team, grow and protect accounts, while maintaining relationships with the region's media landscape by living and breathing the Captify values.

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

      What you’ll be doing:

      • Build & foster long-term relationships with senior decisions makers, managing the end-to-end customer relationships for their revenue, tech & data needs.

      • Leading, negotiating and closing agency agreements

      • Managing sales and client service teams to drive existing and new business growth via agency Holding Co’s, Independents and clients direct

      • Maintain an excellent understanding of agency dynamics, how they operate and how/what campaign buying and planning entails

      • Manage a pipeline and accurately forecast revenue for the sales team

      • Ensure pacing and delivery of campaign revenue is at an optimum level

      • Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

      • Drive thought leadership/ strategic thinking by partnering with key internal stakeholders e.g. Creative, Trading, Marketing, Executive team to ensure consistency & best in market servicing & innovation

      • Consistently feeding back market intelligence & trends through your network of contacts and build out strategies on winning share of wallet

      • Responsible for setting Sales team and Client Service team targets, managing budgets & working closely with Sales Leads to provide best opportunities for team over achievement

      • Competency in managing P&L’s, revenue margins and Rates

      • Responsible for securing & managing commercial deals with agency partners

      • Remain up to date with industry trends and opportunities to ensure Captify sales team are better suited than key competitors to overachieve

      • Run budget & expenses for AU Sales Team

      • Directly manage 2 Sales Leaders and 2 x Client Service managers ensuring clear progression plans and development are in play

      • Be commercial point for internal and external escalation


      REQUIREMENTS

      What you need to be successful:

      • Proven track record in selling both programmatic & managed service solutions

      • Demonstrate strong leadership experience in managing high-performing teams- minimum 5 years leading teams
        Experience working with cross-functional teams and building relationships across internal teams

      • Must have extensive contacts and senior relationships at key agencies, specifically across heads of investment, programmatic & planning

      • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in person and over the phone

      • Highly motivated individual with a track record of outperforming revenue targets

      • Highly experienced in digital advertising, programmatic, online media buying and selling processes, and advertising technologies. Minimum 10 years in Adtech and or media sales

      • Exceptional organizational and communication skills

      • Extremely competent and detailed in forecasting & budgeting

      • Ability to work well under pressure whilst steering multiple workstreams

      • A team player with an entrepreneurial attitude and strong will to succeed

      • Inspire confidence in both our commercial teams & clients that you are a highly trustworthy & experienced commercial leader.
