Job Description

- Create and distribute Quarterly internal newsletters to all BSP MS employees.
- Act as liaison between BNA Marketing Team and BSP Material Science Team
- Responsible for running the marketing activities for the Material Science Team, including: Pardot E-mail marketing campaigns, Webinars, Business development campaigns, Press Releases, Trade Show Material, Content for Line Cards, etc. (With the help of the BNA marketing team) Gather, create, and update content to for External Advertisements including Industry Magazine Ads (both print & digital), Buyers Guides, Directories, Website Banners, etc.
- Support BNA Marketing Team in developing the Material Science content for the Brenntag.com website.
- Manage, qualify, and distribute Material Science leads (particularly those generated from marketing activities). Ensure leads are followed up on and track success.
- Assist IMM team in developing lead lists to target new applications/markets with tools like IndustrySelect
- Run associated marketing campaigns and help track new business for new suppliers, new product lines, updated authorizations, etc.
- Support Commercial Excellence Director with Key Account coordination.
- Assist the Key Account team for the Material Science portion of RFQ’s.
- Support Commercial Excellence Director in developing Brenntag Connect utilization for Material Science Customers
- Promote the use of Brenntag Connect internally and provide feedback to Brenntag Connect Team
- Run related marketing activities for Brenntag Connect & Develop Content for Supplier/Application specific pages on Connect Platform
- Promote collaboration between of pillars of Material Science
- Manage Cross-pillar support documents such as the Monthly Allocation Update (ie: Update Sales Team Maps,
- Introduction Presentations, Email Group lists, etc.)
- Work with IT to keep Email groups up to date in Outlook.
- Work with Brenntag Excellence team to implement harmonized/improved processes.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree or equivalent preferred
- Three years of experience in commercial role, preferably in the distribution industry
- Willingness to learn.
