- Communicate effectively with customers, managers, dispatchers, and sales u00A0
- Participate in on-call rotation schedule u00A0
- Identify new customers and additional opportunities within existing accounts u00A0
- Maintain Service Vehicle u00A0
- Order Parts and Complete Required Paperwork u00A0
- Attend Training Sessions u00A0
- Other Duties as Assigned u00A0
- Previous experience cooking, refrigeration, or HVAC equipment service (or related military) experience u00A0
- Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills u00A0
- Effective customer communication skills u00A0
- 100% dedication to working hard, being on time, and staying organized u00A0
- Maintain a professional personal appearance u00A0
- Completion of a successful background check and drug screen. u00A0u00A0
- Must be at least 18 years of ageu00A0u00A0
- Driving record must align with our safety standardsu00A0
- Experience with Fryers, Ovens, Steamers, Ranges, Broilers, Ware Wash, Walk-ins, coolers, freezers, ice machines, prep tables, etc. u00A0
- CFESA certification and related Training u00A0
- EPA Universal Certification, u00A0
- Computer literate u00A0

Overview u00A0Total Mechanical Service is hiring an HVAC, Refrigerationu00A0& Cookingu00A0Equipment Technician responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial kitchen & refrigeration equipment at our customer locations.
