Job Description

- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC-R systems.
- Start-up of installed commercial HVAC-R systems.
- Perform regular maintenance and servicing of commercial HVAC units.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable HVAC codes.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform on-call duties as required.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
- EPA certification or willingness to take the EPA exam within a month of starting.
- Ability to learn and take direction from supervisors.
- Ability to work at heights and in varying temperatures.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Ability to sit, stand, and climb stairs and ladders.
- Technical school degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is desired but not required.
- NATE certification or similar is desired.
- Experience with DDC/Pneumatic control and boilers license is desired.
- Refrigeration experience is a plus.
