Develop and maintain key relationships with centers of influence to promote Rhinebeck Bank’s products and services, increasing referral opportunities.

Actively manage a portfolio through ongoing customer contact, cross selling all bank products, and delivering superior customer service.

Meet with complex and large commercial customers to screen loans, decide loan pursuit, structure loans that protect the bank’s interests, and adhere to all bank policies.

Prepare detailed loan presentations addressing credit quality, collateral, cash flow, debt service, character, and other relevant borrower considerations.

Maintain thorough knowledge of Rhinebeck Bank subsidiaries, products, services, competitors, industry trends, and commercial credit.

Utilize RB Connect CRM system to track prospecting, relationship management, and sales activities ensuring accountability and pipeline visibility.

Provide exceptional client service to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention, proactively managing relationships and resolving issues efficiently in coordination with specialized business partners.

Assist in the development of new tools, products, and marketing coordination.

Complete weekly updates to Commercial Top Ten Reports, Commercial Pre-Pipeline, and goal planning reports using Sageworks LOS and RB Connect CRM systems.

Monitor and improve personal skills including computer proficiency.

Represent Rhinebeck Bank positively at community functions to support visibility and reputation.

Stay informed on banking industry trends, commercial loan market, economic conditions, and competitor offerings.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

5-10 years of commercial lending experience.

Valid driver’s license required.

Competitive Pay: $110,000 - $145,000 per year, based on experience.
