      Brown & Brown is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager- Agriculture to join our growing team in Dundee, FL.

      The Account Manager will be responsible for servicing new and existing clients and supporting positive client relationships for Agriculture and Commercial Lines accounts. This role focuses on delivering a high level of service while maintaining accuracy, supporting office operations, and contributing to the overall profitability of the business.

      How You Will Contribute:

      • Keeps abreast of industry changes and trends

      • Oversees and handles new business production and renewals

      • Maintains accurate vehicle, drivers, location and additional named insured lists

      • Reviews quotations and policies for accuracy

      • Reviews quotes with policy holders

      • General knowledge of Acord forms; Processing insurance certificates, policy applications & endorsements

      • Adhering to company and carrier specific underwriting authority, guidelines, rates, forms and documentation requirements

      • Talks with carriers and clients by phone or in person inside the agency office Responding to policyholders on coverage questions or other inquiries in a timely, professional manner and troubleshooting where necessary

      • Follow up with clients about payments and pending cancelation

      • Submit and file claims accordingly while keeping documentation notated in AMS & ImageRite and Docusign

      Licenses and Certifications:

      • Florida 4-40 License

      • 2-20 License (Preferred)

      Skills & Experience to Be Successful:

      • High School diploma or GED

      • Proficient with MS Office Suite

      • Exceptional communication

      • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

      • Ability to set and manage priorities

      • Ability to multitask

      • Ability to communicate extremely well both orally and in writing

      • Ability to learn and have a general knowledge of our insurance products

      • Ability to perform large work volumes and ensure efficient and accurate processing of transaction

      • Background in Agriculture (Preferred_

      • Experience with AMS, ImageRight and DocuSign (Preferred)

      • 1 – 3 years of experience in a similar position (Preferred)

      • Bilingual Spanish (Preferred)
