      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Loan Closing Representative. This job is responsible for assembling, preparing and reviewing commercial closing documents for loans/transactions; the initial boarding and funding of deals/transactions/facilities onto accounting systems of record. This may include in depth review of collateral, legal agreements and credit approvals to ensure final executed details are captured accurately and regulatory and company requirements are met.


      In this role, you will:

      • Support pre-close documents for moderately complex to complex commercial loans
      • Seek ways to improve aspects of loan closing and process's
      • Perform moderately complex legal activities for loan documentation that may include Documents purchased from third party sources, internal staff and corporate legal groups
      • Review and prepare complex loan documents
      • Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions
      • Review and negotiate complex legal documentation, evaluate risks, devise strategies to mitigate documentation risk and identify procedural modifications
      • Interact with immediate team and Commercial Loan Closing group as well as Interact with internal customers


      Required Qualifications:

      • Experience in Commercial Loan Closing, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education

      Desired Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting
      • More than 2 years relevant working experience in the field of Accounting / Finance preferably in General Accounting, Accounts Receivable Accounting, Loan Accounting, Bookkeeping.
      • 1 to 2 years' experience in banking industry – Wholesale, Commercial Banking or Corporate Investment Banking or Shared Service organization
      • Business and accounting Skills (concept of Debit and Credit)
      • Excellent English comprehension, written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills
      • Good problem solving and analytical skills & ability to accurately process high volumes of work within established deadlines
      • Strong Organizations skills - detail oriented
      • Sound risk management mindset and good understanding of compliance
      • Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel

      • Flexibility to stretch to accomplish projects timely
      • Able to perform work and report on PH public holidays if falling on Mondays to Fridays including Christmas and New Year's eve
      • Amenable to work on US shift: 9PM to 6AM, 10PM to 7AM
      • Amenable to work full-time onsite
