Implement Lebanon Off-Trade and Jordan market strategy to optimize growth opportunities, market share win and profit enhancement.
Build strong relationship and bring value for customers by locking commercial deals and build JUBP with Diageo’s distributor and top customers, driving sustainable and profitable growth across the value chain.
Prepare for QBRs with distributor with a clear set of action plan.
Generate ideas grounded in a deep understanding of customer requirements and manage them through to successful execution.
Deliver brand performance targets, in terms of volume, net sales and market share, which are in line with Levant commercial strategy.
Lead on the forecast submission for the market.
Implement an omnichannel strategy ensuring a cohesive consumer experience across all channels (e-com, on trade and off trade).
Lead the relationship with key and relevant partners (external and internal), especially distributors while keeping a sustainable, mutually profitable, and strong partnership.
6-8 years of successful experience in commercial function in matrixed environments with FMCG blue chip multinationals
Ideally you should have Lebanon off trade experience
Experience in managing direct customers and
Essential commercial insight and experience. Preferable if gained through cross-functional working. Demonstrates numerical and financial skills.
Proven ability to persuade, influence and build credibility with all levels and all functions.
Strong Analytical, persuasive selling, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Excellent relationship building skills.
Track record in executing effective commercial strategy in a competitive environment while ensuring strong brand presence and leadership.

MENA (Middle East and North Africa) is one of the most competitive, complex, volatile and fastest growing markets globally.
Diageo has newly established MENA as a standalone market within Europe next to 5 other entities: Northern Europe, Southern Europe, Eastern Europe, GB and Ireland.

MENA headquarter is in Dubai while Beirut Operations is run from Lebanon Hub.
Purpose of Position
Commercial Manager Jordan & Off-Trade Lebanon role is a key member of the MENA Org Structure.
This role will be responsible for implementing commercial strategies and bringing to life all brand plans while driving value market share and exporting best practices to Diageo global.
Implement Jordan and Off-trade Lebanon’s commercial strategy RTC with distributor.
Lead Off trade terms negotiation of national distributor and indirect customers.
Beat the plan and beat the competition, delivering excellent business performance in terms of NSV, CAAP, Cash market share, distribution and perfect visibility and execution standards.
You will be responsible for implementing the region commercial strategy and build the right connections to meet Diageo’s ambition in the market.
You will be accountable for leading the conversation with both Lebanon retail and Jordanian distributor, materializing opportunities to grow Diageo business by engaging with distributor commercial team and the trade.
You will be supporting in the negotiation with top customers implementing the commercial strategy with a great focus on people engagement and culture.
