Providing effective coaching and motivation
Sales and the ownership of clients
Delivering efficient communication with clients
Risk analysis
Post-secondary education with minimum 2 years of P&C insurance experience
A mix of underwriting, actual selling to clients and marketing would be a definite asset.
Licensed as a General Insurance Broker in the applicable province.
Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, MS Office, TAM, or other Broker Management Software).
Effective telephone marketing and time management skills.

What it's like to be a Federated Contact+ Commercial Marketing Broker
Reporting to the company’s Contact + division, the Commercial Marketing Broker will provide leadership in daily operations with a focus on marketing new exposure opportunities and retention of client relationships by exceeding client expectations. In addition, this position is responsible for the coaching and mentoring of the team, ensuring that every interaction is a great experience, with efficient flawless service standards upheld.
