      Preventative Maintenance Technician responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment at our customer locations. Provides preventative maintenance (PM) inspections and responds to emergency service calls on equipment including coolers, freezers, HVAC equipment, ovens, fryers, steamers, warmers, and dish-cleaning equipment.       Job Responsibilities: u00A0
      • Perform preventative maintenance ofu00A0refrigeration, HVAC, and cooking equipment u00A0 u00A0
      • Complete service calls promptly, treating customers and employees with respect, courtesy and professionalism u00A0 u00A0
      • Overnight PMs are done quarterly u00A0
      • Tech is guaranteed 40 hours a week while only working Monday night to Thursday night. u00A0
      • Communicate effectively with customers, managers, dispatchers, and salesu00A0 u00A0
      • Participate in normal rotation of after-hours and weekend standby dutyu00A0 u00A0
      • Identify new customers and additional opportunities within existing accounts u00A0 u00A0
      • Maintain Service Vehicleu00A0 u00A0
      • Order Parts and Complete Required Paperworku00A0 u00A0
      • Attend Training Sessionsu00A0 u00A0
      • Other Duties as Assignedu00A0 u00A0
      Minimum Requirements: u00A0
      • Two years of HVAC and refrigerationu00A0equipment service (or related military) experienceu00A0 u00A0
      • Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skillsu00A0 u00A0
      • Extremely strong customer communication skillsu00A0 u00A0
      • 100% dedication to working hard, being on time, and staying organizedu00A0u00A0 u00A0
      • Completion of a successful background check and drug screen. u00A0u00A0
      • Must be at least 18 years of ageu00A0u00A0
      • Driving record must align with our safety standardsu00A0
