      DT is leveraging the opportunity of implementing a B2B2X ecosystem. This will make digital ICT services from Deutsche Telekom and partner companies more accessible to enterprise customers in Europe, and to the customers of those organizations (B2B2X), delivered through a B2B2X ecosystem making it easier and faster for them to seamlessly collaborate, innovate, create, sell, fulfill, monetize and manage technology solutions, at scale.

      Tasks

      The Global Product Owner is responsible with the purpose, business value and evolution of the Digital B2B2X Ecosystem. While delivering the best Digital B2B2X ecosystem for our DT B2B customers with a great Customer Experience and high level of automation, you’re also leveraging the synergies across DT EU footprint. The Product Vision and Product Roadmap for the Digital B2B2X ecosystem is to be aligned with relevant senior stakeholders in the NatCo’s by:

      • Defininging the Digital omni-channel experience for the Digital B2B2X ecosystem together with other GPO’s for our Digital Products (One Portal, One Shop, One SFA and One App)

      • Together with EU IT defining the IT architecture blueprint for the Digital B2B2X ecosystem

      • Enable both Local and EU Product Management to setup the ICT Product portfolio in the Digital B2B2X ecosystem

      • Management of the Central Product backlogs

      • Creating epics and user stories necessary to deliver new features derived from business needs

      • Executing user story grooming (with each Natco) and capture of new business requirements

      • Performing business analysis and driving clarifications session with all parties (business and dev)

      • Arranging solution designs with the IT and Solution Architects and effort estimations

      • Review solution proposals and validating them against business needs

      • Runing the sprint planning: prioritize user stories development per sprints according to the business criticality, dependencies, and available development capacity

      • Overseeing development from sprint start to final deployment

      • Monitoring defect management and react when required

      • Disputing management between development team and local product owner

      • Executing UAT and PROD testing for HQ features and functionalities

      • Maintaining overall Digital B2B2X ecosystem roadmap and align it with the integrator to secure development capacity

      • Continuously improving the operational model together with all involved parties – IT, integrator, Natcos to ensure efficient and high-quality output

      • Financial planning and budgeting for Digital B2B2X ecosystem

      Profile

      You have a university degree with a focus or a comparable qualification and already have many years of professional experience in the field of product management.

      In addition you are characterized by the following knowledge and skills:

      • Excellent experience in classic and agile forms of cooperation
      • Excellent experience in managing strategic/cross-project projects
      • Outstanding knowledge and experience in the environment
      • Many years of experience in commercial management
      • Outstanding market knowledge in the field
      • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
      • Analytical way of working and strong ability to work in a team
      • Solid knowledge of the Agile / Scrum methodology

      • B2B2X business model and ICT portfolio expertise

      • Familiar with Jira/Confluence

      • Good understanding of the B2B2X solutions and Digital Sales and Service processes in general
