Financial modelling and analysis relating to Commercial Property Banking clients
Preparation of credit submissions for new facilities and coordination of the deal execution process
Management of the portfolio's data quality, compliance and reporting requirements
Performance monitoring and annual reviews for existing clients, and reporting of client financial and operational performance to Risk Management
Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal groups
Structure and articulate the credit merits of a transaction, including identifying and mitigating risks
Work with Product Specialists to meet client requirements, delivering exceptional customer service
Success within a commercial or business banking environment and property portfolios
Sound commercial acumen, experience in writing and analysing credit transactions, completing annual reviews, reporting and modelling skills
Client service experience that is complemented by excellent interpersonal skills
A tertiary qualification in Business, Finance or Commerce would be highly regarded
Ability to quickly grasp and understand complex transactions, and credit risk fundamentals
