What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement business plans for assigned retail properties to maximize asset value and NOI
- Conduct monthly and quarterly financial and management reporting as required by clients
- Oversee contractors and maintenance personnel to ensure proper property management
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to expand business opportunities
- Support the leasing team and understand the leasing process effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in commercial property management, preferably in retail
- NM Real Estate License required within 90 days of hire
- In-depth understanding of financial aspects of property performance
- Competency in using Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- College degree preferred
