Job Description
- Req#: 58198
- Work directly with the Credit Portfolio Manager (CPM) and Credit Division Head (CDH) of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) in managing the credit risk of the CRE portfolio.
- Assist with oversight of quarterly reporting to senior management on the risk management performance and strategy of the portfolio.
- Preparing and analyzing ad-hoc reporting for the CRE portfolio.
- With direct guidance, assist with credit reviews or credit submissions and other related administrative activities and operations for the CRE credit portfolio.
- Bachelor’s degree required. Graduate degree or advancement towards the Chartered Financial Analyst designation (CFA) is preferred. Completion of credit training a plus.
- 2-3 years of total work experience preferred. Prior experience/background in credit risk preferred along with strong computer application skills including MS Excel and Power Point.
- Basic knowledge of Commercial Real Estate a plus, with a strong desire to learn.
- Ability to write clearly and concisely; some public speaking experience is a plus.
- Credit Administration: Experience as an underwriter and familiarity with credit administration systems typically used by financial institutions is a plus.
