What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop fundamental and relative value views of commercial real estate sectors
- Manage the risk and performance of the commercial real estate portfolio
- Monitor and report on credit performance of the portfolio and individual loans
- Manage relationships with external asset managers
- Assist in selecting appropriate commercial real estate-related assets for portfolios
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 12+ years of experience managing commercial real estate portfolios
- Strong credit skills and knowledge of complex structured finance structures
- Experience managing third party asset managers
- Strong quantitative analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA and/or CFA preferred
