Job Title: Quality Control - Roof Observer

Job Description

The Roof Observer is responsible for maintaining a consistent presence at the construction site, ensuring the roofing contractor adheres to contract documents, approved submittals, schedules, and safety procedures. The role involves completing daily quality and safety reports, taking photographs of job-site progress, and submitting daily documentation and reports. Additionally, the Roof Observer will interact regularly with roofing contractors, client representatives, and the Project Manager to coordinate site requirements per job specifications, ensuring quality and safety standards are met and reporting any issues or violations to the Project Manager. The role also includes ensuring that all incomplete work is finished prior to the final inspection.
