      JOB DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS:

      1. Strive to grow operations through calling on customers and building a strong customer base.
      2. Overseeing the flow of documents, reviewing estimates, inspections, scopes, proposals and invoices for service work.
      3. Estimating, project management of service projects.
      4. Manage service-related projects, which may include monitoring labor hours and materials, job site meetings, communication with the building owners or contractors.
      5. Responsible for scheduling of crews, paperwork, communication with field personnel.
      6. Monthly reporting financials and handle all day-to-day service department business.
      7. Review and set the daily service schedule, answer phones and e-mails and meet with customers as needed.
      8. Develop and execute a sales plan, assist in past due accounts receivable for service-related work and issue proposals.
      9. Attend meetings with owners, property managers and contractors to look at new work as well as inspect completed work.

      JOB REQUIREMENTS:

      1. Must have at least three years of roofing experience and possess a strong service-related background.
      2. Must be able to sell, estimate, develop new business, read blueprints and understand specifications.
      3. Strong oral and written communications skills and experience writing reports, scopes and proposals.
      4. Strong relationship building and have the ability to manage existing and new accounts.
      5. Proficient in Microsoft Applications specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
      6. Bachelor's Degree is not required, but a major plus.
