      Position Description:

      The Commercial Sales Specialist plays a pivotal role in achieving annual sales and gross profit targets within their assigned region. Collaborating closely with the Commercial Sales leadership, the Specialist develops effective strategies and executes tactical plans to drive results. The role focuses on executing outbound sales initiatives, cultivating key account relationships, and fostering brand loyalty within commercial segments. Additionally, they provide crucial support to regional sales teams for overall commercial business development efforts.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Conduct outbound sales calls to commercial account locations to drive sales growth
      • Support regional sales by maintaining regular communication with select commercial accounts
      • Prospect and identify opportunities for sales growth within the commercial sector
      • Educate commercial locations on available programs and ensure compliance through monitoring and updates
      • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of new and existing products, policies, and merchandising details to effectively serve customers
      • Utilize CRM tools to research, prioritize, and plan sales calls aimed at business development and sales growth
      • Monitor customer retention and collaborate with the Sales leadership to mitigate risks associated with high-risk customers
      • Resolve complex customer issues and promptly communicate feedback to relevant colleagues for swift resolution
      • Stay informed about competitors' pricing, policies, and market strategies to effectively navigate business competition
      • Promote corporate image and reputation by executing suitable promotional activities as directed

      Qualifications

      • High School or GED degree
