- Temporary Coverage Position: Saturday (0000-0800), Sunday (0000-0800 and 1600-2400)

- Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas.
- Assist tenants by providing requested services.
- Manage access to restricted areas as required.
- Monitor stairwells and common areas for cleanliness and safety.
- Conduct exterior checks of building entrances and parking areas.
- Maintain a presence at the security desk during designated hours.
- Report every incident and tenant complaint to the client

- Respond to emergencies on a required basis
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid Manitoba security license
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Be able to take up temporary position ( Coverage)
- Ability to work in a stressful environment
- Comfortable with interacting with unauthorized individuals
- There is no parking facility at the site
