What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Audit charges posted by auction administrators to ensure accuracy of fees on sold transaction records.
- Manage internal and external account relationships via shared email accounts and communication platforms.
- Educate clients on online vehicle exchange services and other offerings.
- Facilitate transactions for Private Store sales, including monitoring notifications and confirming vehicle availability.
- Ensure accurate records and documentation for all transactions, collaborating with various teams to resolve discrepancies.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related field.
- Alternatively, any level degree/certification beyond a high school diploma in a related discipline, or 5 years’ experience in a related field.
- Must reside within driving distance of one of the employer's locations.
- Ability to clear a pre-employment drug test, adhering to a drug-free workplace policy.
- Strong communication skills for effective client interactions and issue resolution.

- Experience in the automotive industry or with auction-related transactions.
- Proficiency in using various software tools and platforms for transaction management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing documentation and reporting.
