What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review, assess, and draft internal stakeholder and supplier/vendor contracts
- Partner with key stakeholders in drafting and negotiating supply base contracts and other procurement related documents
- Serve as the legal point person for supply base emergency issues
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and other legal requirements
- Develop cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Juris Doctorate degree required, licensed to practice law in the United States
- Minimum of 5 years of related legal experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working on commercial matters at a large law firm and as in-house counsel
- Experience advising stakeholders on procurement related contracts and commercial disputes
