      We are seeking rising college seniors who are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree to join an exciting 10-week summer internship experience starting June 10th, 2024. As an early career professional, you will be part of a paid internship program that will include a robust learning and training curriculum, mentorship from employees in your selected field, access to senior leaders, and more. As an intern, you will be assigned challenging projects based on the area of the business you will be supporting. In your role, you will have the opportunity to contribute and make a real impact.

      Candidates must be:

      • Rising senior graduating in 2025

      • Ability to work out of our 1 WTC office on a hybrid basis

      • Available June 10, 2024 - August 16, 2024

      Job Description:

      The Commercial Transformation & Strategy Intern will be part of a small but instrumental team that is responsible for leading the transformation of and strategy for the Commercial Revenue Team.

      You will report into the VP, Commercial Transformation and have the opportunity to assist on projects that modernize the Global Commercial strategy and structure. In this role, you will work closely with members of the Commercial Transformation and Strategy teams as well as cross-functional teams (i.e. Sales, Marketing, Digital, Finance, Human Resources, Commerce, Editorial, Product, etc.) to gain hands-on professional experience

      Primary Responsibilities:

      • Support Commercial Transformation and Strategy teams on key projects which inform strategy, drive revenue growth, and improve operational efficiency

      • Assist with organizing and managing meetings for assigned projects across multiple stakeholders with clear agenda, follow ups and next steps

      • Drive project plans and own assigned deliverables

      • Organize and synthesize information in order to inform recommendations

      • Develop understanding of media landscape and Conde Nast’s Commercial business, work with manager to identify areas for improvement

      • Gather intelligence on the media landscape, providing a POV on competitors and consumer behavior

      • Work with team to develop and execute employee engagement activities, including Learning & Development

      • Assist in gathering and evaluating Commercial organization feedback

      • Run point on special projects

      • Provide general operational support

      Desired Skills & Qualifications:

      • Strong communication and relationship building skills

      • Basic understanding of and interest in sales, marketing, and organizational change

      • Passion for the future of media

      • Pursuing a degree in but not limited to Marketing, Sales, Advertising, Communications or a related major

      • Ability to efficiently multitask and adhere to deadlines

      • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills

      • Thrives in a fast-paced environment

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

      • Proficiency in Google suite preferred

      • Enthusiastic, curious and a keen work ethic

      Hourly Rate: $25/ hour
