      Job Summary:

      As a Commercial Parts Specialist, you will be providing pre- and post-order support to key dealers, as well as the local sales team, within the designated Mid-Atlantic market areas. You will be a commercial equipment parts contact responding to advanced part requests in a call center environment.

      The position is an integral part of the overall customer relationship. Customer contact will take place via incoming and outbound calls, digital channels, and indirectly through the inside support of the sales team – it’s a team effort.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Provide superior engagement for sales follow-up and customer service to both external and internal customers.
      • Provide technical pre- and post-sale support to the sales organization, including monitoring shipping, delivery and return status, as required.
      • Handle incoming customer requests for orders and product information.
      • Ability to handle a high daily call volume – Call Center Environment to handle inbound and outbound calls
      • Work with customers, sales, and internal/external suppliers to resolve issues as they arise.
      • Work with Warranty Team to support customer claims and questions as needed.
      • Work with vendors on returns if necessary.
      • Support add-on sales opportunities when receiving and processing customer orders.
      • Drive technology and tool adoption within customer groups and sales channels to utilize tools.
      • Demonstrated performance history and knowledge of the HVAC industry.
      • Highly motivated self-starter, able to work with minimal direction required from management.
      • High sense of urgency, team-oriented, and strong interpersonal skills.
      • PC and common software literacy required.
      • Must possess desire to succeed and learn for future growth and development.
      • Excellent customer relations and customer service skills.
      • Ability to actively problem-solve and innovate when information is not readily available.
      • Can work in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent organizational skills.
      • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills, complete with ability to follow through.
      • Learn and adhere to posted CE Team A7 Principles and ensure 100% Customer Satisfaction in each transaction.
      • Other duties as assigned

      Qualifications

      Required Qualifications:

      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.

      Ability to read architectural, mechanical, and electrical blueprints.

      Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical control systems.

      Maintain expert-level product knowledge and applications.

      Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

      Proficiency with CRM/Database tools.

      Experience working with contractors is highly desired.

      Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

      Strong problem-solving abilities with the competence to make recommendations.

      Educational and Experience Requirements:

      Bachelor’s degree in engineering/Technical Field or equivalent successful experience in a similar technical role.

      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

      3-5+ years of commercial HVAC engineering or applications experience, or technical knowledge of HVAC.
