Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items according to recipes and quality standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.

Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.

Support senior chefs with daily kitchen tasks and food presentation.

Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.

Minimum SPM level education or relevant certification.

1 to 3 years of experience in All Day Dining or Specialty operations

Basic English communication skills (speaking and understanding).
