Assist in creating and preparing menus items and specials.
Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations in order to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation.
Handle and report any accident immediately, no matter how minor.
Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Ensuring that all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and stored.
Following all health and safety protocols in the kitchen
Working collaboratively with other members of the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient service
