What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Calculate, adjust, and process sales commissions for thousands of agents
- Maintain the commission database, ensuring accurate and timely payment of commissions
- Perform audits of commission statements and assist with daily, weekly, and monthly commission processes
- Explain commission calculations and address queries related to payouts
- Analyze commission disputes, identify discrepancies, and perform reconciliations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent analytical experience
- Experience with sales compensation calculations and reporting
- High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Basic Microsoft Excel and Access skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in the insurance industry
- Familiarity with Varicent Incentive Compensation Tools or similar compensation tools
- Prior experience using SSMS or similar database tools and/or writing SQL queries
