      Job Summary

      This position Is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate compensation of commissions and overrides to agents and brokers. Acquisition, development, and retention of complex and historical knowledge base pertaining to the commission lifecycle, operations, regulatory and organizational business rules, and commission systems logic.

      Research, analysis, and manual commission calculation and adjustment through core workstream channels including but not limited to incoming commission disputes and/or requests for commission audits from internal and external stakeholders, and monthly commission transactions that exception during pre-processor validations requiring further analysis to identify root cause and manual processing into the commission system.

      JOB REQUIREMENTS:
      * 2 years of college or 2 years business experience.
      * Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
      * PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes.
      * Customer service skills.


      PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
      * Advanced Excel - formulas, V-Look ups
      * Knowledge of Callidus incentive system
      * Knowledge of Producer Manager, Hallmark System 80.
      * Knowledge of HCSC marketing and commission programs.

      This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; days work from home.

      The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
