  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Receive and log commission inquiries from partners through various communication channels
  - Conduct thorough research to resolve commission inquiries, including checking supplier commission reports and contacting suppliers
  - Maintain communication with partners and suppliers throughout the inquiry resolution process
  - Demonstrate proficiency in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural business environment
  - Attend job-related training and seminars to enhance job performance
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Customer service experience is a plus
  - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and any ERM software
  - Strong organizational and time management skills
  - Ability to work independently as well as within a cooperative team environment
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Previous office experience is a plus
  - Telecommunications experience is advantageous
  - Positive attitude regardless of the situation
  - Quick learner of new software and tools
