      IRC224354 – COMMISSIONING MANAGER At Eni, we are looking for a Commissioning Manager within Groupement Eni/Sonatrach in Algeria. You will be responsible for managing a team of specialist commissioning engineers and operators responsible for the commissioning and start-up of new oil/gas production facilities, ensuring that commissioning activities proceed safely, efficiently and to the satisfaction of all parties. As a member of the construction and commissioning department at Groupement Eni/Sonatrach you will be responsible for: · Managing all the commissioning activities, meeting the planned targets · Development of commissioning plan and procedures, together with discipline engineering and operations personnel · Managing commissioning teams activities · Managing contracts relevant to the commissioning and start-up vendors · Ensuring that adequate, competent commissioning personnel are available to undertake the work. · Ensuring that all contractors are competent and fully knowledgeable of Project HSEQ procedures. · Endorsing official documents, work progress certificates, handover certificates etc · Providing operations start-up support and assistance · Overall quality of commissioning activities definition, planning and execution · Respecting of project cost and time targets for commissioning This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements: · Engineering/technical degree (preferred) · Oil & Gas Industry experience) · Technical diploma · commissioning experience · Commissioning - Start Up: Commiss. Planning & Plant Commis., Gas Plant Start-Up, Oil & Condensate Plant Start-Up, Commissioning, and start-up, Decommissioning · Production Operations: Plant Management, Plant Prod Optimization, Maintenance Management · Economics General: Economics, OPEX Budgeting, Corporate Reserves Consolidate. - NPV , Project profits Analysis, Economics Planning and Control, Cost estimating/budgeting/cost analysis/control · Contracting: Variations and Claim Resolution, Contractor's Document. Review & Approval · Specialist Knowledge: Engineering knowledge in the specialist activity · Organization Processes: Company / Corporate organization, Internal Standard, Project Management process, Suppliers qualification methodology and techniques, Feed-back development and diffusion, technical audit and Design Review, Work team management methodology, "Internal client" organization process, Site Management, Site Materials and equipment organization, Site accountancy, Project Procurement Management · Supports and technologies: Standard ISO, TQM and Quality system, Technical requirement and Standard · Compliance: Local/National and International Standard and Codes, Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, Health of Site Management · Project Management: Close-Out Report Preparation, Cost control - Budgeting, Risk Management Location: Algeria Work Pattern: Rotation 28/28 At Eni we believe in enterprising people, capable of making a difference and making their contribution with passion and innovation, to respond to the global challenges of the energy transition.
