      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own and manage the communication strategy for the Collaborative team, including social media and newsletters
      - Coordinate and execute logistics for various church events, ensuring quality and effectiveness
      - Collaborate with graphic designers and other team members to create engaging content
      - Manage event registration, vendor communications, and budget adherence
      - Provide on-site support during events to oversee logistics and coordination

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
      - Experience in project purchasing, invoice processing, and budget management
      - Strong organizational abilities and capability to juggle multiple projects
      - Willingness to occasionally travel for events and church plant support
      - Must be a member of the Summit Church or willing to become a member

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in event planning and management within a religious or community-focused organization
      - Familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing tools like Mailchimp
      - Creative mindset with an eye for detail in hospitality and event execution
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
