      Responsibilities

      The Communication Technician in the Emergency Department is responsible for managing all communication and clerical activities that support the efficient operation of the unit. This role serves as a liaison between the ED clinical team, hospital departments, patients, and families to facilitate timely and effective communication, patient tracking, and administrative coordination.


      Qualifications

      Job Requirements :

      • High School Diploma or equivalent.

      • Proficient in computer use and EMR systems (e.g., Epic).

      Preferred Job Requirements:

      • 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare or hospital setting.

      • Previous experience in an Emergency Department or a similar fast-paced environment.
