      Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Communications Agent to join part of the Front Desk/Communications team.


      Your Role

      The Communications Team will answer and direct all phone calls, pages, radio requests, emails and faxes in an efficient, highly-courteous and most professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction, while complying with all Four Seasons Telephone etiquette and standards.

      What we are looking for:

      • Previous experience in a similar position would be beneficial
      • Excellent communications skills with a strong command of the English language
      • MUST possess the legal right to work in the UK
      • Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and bank holidays
      • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile
