      You will be involved in partnering directly with IT developers to expand the digital services available across the Customer Communication platform, focusing on delivering value add to customers and successfully delivery of multiple Santander initiatives. Working in an agile way, you will be key to the success of multiple key Santander initiatives for Customer Communication.

      You will also receive training on a external Industry software called 'Quadient' Inspire Interactive, this will enable you to create briefs and communications within the system, collaborate to test and put live communications, which will be sent to external SANUK customers via email, eDoc, print, SMS and push notification.

      The difference you’ll make:

      • Inputting in to design of new functionality, defining reconciliation and control models, testing of build and then successful use, to support migrations & projects

      • Providing communications to our customer

      • Raising awareness of risks and incidents

      • Managing controls/reconciliations, working with data and acting to resolve issues

      What you’ll bring:

      • Excellent organisational & planning skills with the ability to work proactively and prioritise within tight timescales

      • Attention to details and ability to manage stakeholders

      It would also be nice for you to have:

      • Some experience handling projects

      • MS office in particular Excel

      • Be proactive in identifying ways to improve processes/customer journey’s through go digital movement

      This is a 12 months FTC role based in Bradford and our current expectation is at least 2 days in an office every week.
