  Communications and Engagement Consultant

  Salary circa £33,000 (depending on location, skills and experience)

  A bit about the job:

  This role sits within our Communications and Engagement Team, focused on how we communicate with members of our workplace pension schemes and internal colleagues. Every day brings something different—from designing eye-catching visuals and web content, providing management information, to producing video explainers and digital campaigns. It’s all about helping others understand complex ideas in clear, accessible ways. The work you do will shape how we engage audiences across multiple channels, internally and externally.

  Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Confident using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel to develop and manage content
  • Experience in producing promotional materials like posters, emails, or web content
  • Comfortable using video tools to curate and edit short, engaging content
  • A creative thinker, with a background in financial services and a passion for storytelling and audience engagement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain ideas clearly

  • Starting salary circa £33,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
  • Bonus opportunity - 8% (C grade) of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
