- Assist in the execution of marketing and communications strategies and campaigns to achieve organizational goals and objectives through collaboration with the Director of Marketing and Communications, Development and Communications department staff, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation.
- Develop and manage high-quality content for various platforms, including websites, social media, email newsletters, and print materials. Ensuring that all content is engaging, accurate, and consistent with the organization's brand and messaging.
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications to ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Provide video, photo, and audio support for the organization, including the creation and editing of multimedia content to enhance communications and marketing efforts.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and promotion of events, ensuring that all marketing and communication needs are met effectively.
- Oversee the ongoing implementation and management of social media presence, collaborating with the Marketing and Communications Assistant
- Associate's Degree in Marketing or Communications
- 1-3 years of experience working with diverse populations
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field preferred

Communications and Media Specialist Minimum Salary: $28.00
Communications and Media Specialist Maximum Salary: $30.00
Communications and Media Specialist Schedule: Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week
