- Convert communication drafts from MS Word (or other format) to design communications within the company email platform, intranet and news site, external website, and social media platforms, including oversight of final proofing process to ensure quality.
- Serve as team point of contact with vendors for key communication platforms to capitalize on full capabilities of the tools, troubleshoot issues and onboard colleagues across the enterprise.
- Manage scheduling and coordination of publication of all communications department communications, including management of distribution lists.
- Develop and capture performance metrics for key communication plans, identify trends, and provide insights and potential action plans based on examination.
- Manage communications inbox including reviewing, responding, and forwarding messages, as required.
- Be an avid learner; stay up to speed on evolving communication technology and trends and identify ways to use in corporate communications.
- 4-year college degree in Marketing, Communication, or visual designed preferred + 2 years’ experience in communications, marketing, or agency; on-the-job experience will be considered in lieu of degree
- Exceptional visual aptitude – ability to see written stories and figure out how to adjust to platforms for maximum impact
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Email Open and Sparrow Connected (or other email content management systems), Airtable (or other database management systems), and website editing is a plus, but not required
About the Corporate Communications Department & Communications Coordinator

Corporate Communications team. We’re seeking a problem solver ready to manage our communications platforms and processes and work across tools to deliver compelling communications. You’ll be working with multiple stakeholders, internally and externally, to troubleshoot platform issues and develop solutions with urgency and calm. This role is based in Louisville, KY working in a hybrid environment, coming onsite 2-3 days/week.
Salary Range: $62,000 to $72,000 annually + a target annual bonus of 4%. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
