      PAY RANGE: $75 - $85/hr

      ABOUT THIS ROLE
      We are seeking a Designer to create innovative brand design solutions for clients portfolio of AI products and experiences. In this role, you’ll work on integrated projects; building and activating design systems in partnership with brand, product, and marketing teams. Strong skills in building and maintaining brand systems, craft, art direction and design thinking are required, as well as the ability to seamlessly work across various mediums and project types. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented designer with a keen eye for aesthetics. They are capable of delivering high-quality work while rapidly iterating on designs based on feedback.

      DESIGNER RESPONSIBILITIES
      • Create brand systems, behaviors and design solutions with a high level of craft and attention to detail.
      • Maintain design systems, guidelines, and assets for AI portfolio.
      • Build and scale design templates for social and marketing campaigns.
      • Coordinate with designers, art directors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of design materials.
      • Conduct quality control checks on design files to ensure accuracy and consistency.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and communications, to ensure brand consistency and alignment.

      MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
      • 4+ years of experience in brand design (agency and/or in-house)
      • Demonstrated experience and understanding of graphic design principles, including typography, color theory, layouts & grids, art direction, photography, and motion design.
      • Experience in production design, with expertise in developing and implementing design systems, creating reusable templates, and conducting thorough quality checks.
      • Must have demonstrated experience in creating brand system guidelines and system-focused design and layout.
      • Multidisciplinary background in brand identities/systems, coupled with experience of leveraging digital channels and emerging technologies.
      • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to articulate design thinking processes and decision-making, while providing clarity in both design and communication.
      • Experience with storyboarding and bringing brands to life through motion.
      • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
      • Advanced knowledge of Figma and experience with using components and libraries.
      • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
      • 5+ years of experience in brand design, either in an ad agency or in-house studio environment
      • Motion design experience (2D/3D)
      • Experience pursuing emerging technologies
      • Understanding of Artificial Intelligence.

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate or annual salary only, unless otherwise stated.
