What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create, publish, and maintain intranet content and microsites to serve as the central hub for employee news and resources
- Distribute employee communications through email and other internal channels
- Assist in crafting content for diverse formats including emails, intranet posts, and FAQs
- Support the development of employee newsletters and storytelling initiatives
- Collaborate with teams to align internal and external messaging for consistency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills across multiple formats
- Basic project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with digital communication platforms (email, CMS, social media)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams; experience with Canva or similar design tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Internship or entry-level experience in communications, employee engagement, change management, human resources, or marketing
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to produce visually appealing content
