- The objective of this role is to develop and execute an integrated communication strategy including reputation management, internal communication, social media, executive communication, employer branding, etc.
- It is an Individual Contributor role for experienced and driven professionals who can design and execute corporate communication strategies and initiatives independently.

- Execute and manage brand reputation in line with communication strategy envisaged
- Draft employee narratives aligned to objectives of the group in India and in line with communication strategy
- Draft narratives to shore employee connect and engagement, provide updates, reminders on company initiatives etc
- Draft key company messages for various channels including emails; intranet articles; social media and internal newsletters
- Develop and create impactful content and campaigns for social media
- Understand business requirement and conceptualize content in various formats such as infographics, videos etc.
- Be a proactive team player who can work with concepts and business content with minimal direction to create dynamic and engaging communication
- Execute media outreach in line with communication strategy and drive positive coverage about Deutsche Bank
- Draft press releases/manage and draft content for email interviews
- Manage communications for CSR activities and campaigns including internal brand screens –increase visibility of CSR initiatives within the group and APAC/Global
- Manage and engage with agencies and contractors on a variety of projects, initiatives.
- Explore participation/opportunities at events, conferences, conventions etc
- Conduct town halls for India leadership and key visiting management members to build employee connect and communicate key messages
- Manage and maintain the Deutsche Bank India website with relevant and current content
- Drafting informative content, and uploading stories and messages for db.com and social media handles
- Drafting social media communication for leadership
- Work on award pitches
- Sending weekly reports on comms activities
- Create a quarterly newsletter for CEO/COO desk and manage content
- Managing the agency relationship and leveraging the same appropriately
- Collaborating/Working with other regional colleagues in Brand to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels (internal and external) in line with group guidelines--
- Manage corporate messaging and branding for events
- Managing content and design for brand screens
- Managing vendor relationships
- Manage external communication for Sri Lanka & Bangladesh—drafting and issuing of press release in the home markets
- Over 18-20 years of experience in Corporate Communication in the BFSI Sector, agency experience and or experience as a financial journalist
- Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication, Finance or Economics
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, ability to network internally
- Understanding of business issues, willingness to learn about new business areas
