      Culligan Water is looking for a Communications Specialist to develop and manage company-wide messaging. This role ensures clear, consistent communication across internal and external channels, including newsletters, corporate announcements, and content development. If you have a strong eye for detail, excellent writing skills, and a passion for effective communication, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

      Key Responsibilities

      Internal & External Communications

      • Develop and distribute company-wide communications, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
      • Create and maintain communication templates for internal use, including memos, announcements, and reports.
      • Draft and edit newsletters, ensuring engaging and informative content for employees and stakeholders.
      • Support leadership in crafting executive communications, including presentations and company updates.

      Content Development & Messaging

      • Write and edit press releases, blog posts, and marketing materials to promote company initiatives.
      • Ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding across all communication channels.
      • Collaborate with teams to develop FAQs, training materials, and customer-facing content.

      Project Management & Coordination

      • Manage the distribution and scheduling of newsletters and company-wide announcements.
      • Work with HR, marketing, and operations to ensure effective communication strategies.
      • Track engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication efforts.

      Qualifications & Skills

      Education & Experience

      • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
      • 3+ years of experience in corporate communications, content creation, or public relations.
      • Experience in water conditioning, utilities, or manufacturing is a plus.

      Technical & Business Skills

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email marketing platforms, and content management systems.
      • Strong understanding of corporate messaging, branding, and audience engagement.
      • Ability to write clear, concise, and professional communications.

      Soft Skills

      • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
      • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
      • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
