The Arkansas House of Representatives is seeking a talented and experienced photographer to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in operating cameras and proficient in Adobe software for photo editing. The ability to quickly turn around high-quality photos and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is essential.

This position serves as photographer and communication specialst for the Arkansas House of Representatives.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Capture high-quality images using DSLR and mirrorless cameras
- Edit and retouch photos using Adobe software
- Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and execute creative concepts
- Ensure all photos meet company standards and guidelines
- Manage and organize photo files for easy access and retrieval
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience as a photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse photography styles
- Proficiency in operating DSLR and mirrorless cameras and Adobe software for editing
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for composition and lighting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

If you are a passionate photographer with a creative mindset and the ability to deliver exceptional results quickly, we would love to hear from you. Experience with social media and graphic design is preferrable but not a requirement for this position.
