What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Senior Communications Consultant to create and organize communication products and plans
- Develop various communication materials, including articles, blogs, newsletters, and social media campaigns
- Ensure high-quality standards for communications products and timely submission of deliverables
- Create multimedia content for websites, videos, graphics, and podcasts
- Gather content requirements from subject matter experts to ensure consistent messaging
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications, Strategic Communications, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Journalism, or related fields
- U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance and a Common Access Card
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to build relationships across business lines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and ability to travel occasionally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in various communication mediums
- Writing samples, strategic communications plans, or published works
- Experience in concept development, script writing, copyediting, and storyboarding
- Familiarity with SharePoint, web design, and content production
- Understanding of social media platforms and trends
