What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement strategic social media plans to enhance museum attendance and brand recognition
- Manage media inquiries and prepare important communications for stakeholders
- Oversee content management for the AHS website, ensuring consistent messaging and adherence to brand standards
- Coordinate marketing requests and develop strategies to build attendance and membership
- Supervise the graphic designer, providing creative support and feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Proficiency with social media platforms for business use, particularly Facebook, Instagram, and X
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Valid state driver's license
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in communications
- Experience with social media posts
- Knowledge of Arizona history
