      About the Role

This hybrid role will drive Conductor’s community, influencer, and corporate social media strategy—connecting customer advocacy, industry thought leadership, and brand storytelling under one strategic umbrella. You’ll be responsible for developing, managing, and scaling a full Influencer Community Program, as well as creating and leading Conductor’s corporate social strategy across key platforms.

You’ll blend relationship building with operational rigor, creative content creation with results-driven project management—all while connecting community insights, influencer voices, and social trends into Conductor’s broader marketing ecosystem.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Develop and Own Conductor’s Influencer Community Program
        • Strategically design, launch, and grow a structured influencer community program
Recruit, onboard, and nurture advocates, industry experts, and rising voices
        • Define program tiers, incentive models, partnership opportunities, and KPIs
        • Manage influencer relationships, campaigns, content co-creation, and reporting

      • Create and Manage Conductor’s Corporate Social Strategy
        • Design and execute a cross-platform content strategy for LinkedIn (and future expansion to Instagram and YouTube Shorts)
        • Ensure consistent, high-impact brand voice across platforms, mixing educational, product, cultural, and community-driven content
        • Monitor trends, industry conversations, and real-time opportunities to engage dynamically

      • Lead Community Engagement & Customer Advocacy Programs and Strategy
        • Manage Conductor’s Community platform and drive engagement through events, networking, and office hours
        • Launch and manage the Champions Program to activate customer advocates in referrals, social amplification, and community conversations
        • Integrate customer and community insights into marketing campaigns and product storytelling

      • Strategic Reporting, Project Management, and Optimization
        • Build and maintain a social and influencer campaign calendar tied to business priorities
        • Track, measure, and report on community, influencer, and social performance
        • Continuously optimize strategy based on data, feedback, and business needs
        • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, demand gen, education, product, and rev ops to align on goals and maximize impact

      What Success Looks Like

      • A thriving, organized, and impactful Influencer Community Program tied to brand awareness and engagement KPIs
      • Increased brand visibility and audience engagement across corporate social channels
      • A connected, active community that drives referrals, content creation, and customer loyalty
      • A repeatable, data-backed process for growing brand advocates into external influencers

      Ideal Experience & Skills

      • 3–5 years in community management, influencer marketing, social media strategy, or content marketing (B2B SaaS preferred)
      • Proven success building influencer programs, not just managing relationships
      • Expertise developing social media strategies, not just executing posts
      • Strong organizational skills and project management mindset—able to prioritize, plan, and deliver across multiple workstreams
      • Ability to analyze data, surface insights, and drive continuous improvement
      • Bonus: Content creation experience (short-form video, podcasting, graphic design)
      • Bonus: Experience leveraging data science/insights into social/influencer content
  • About the company

Conductor was founded in 2006 as a marketing services company, and launched its SaaS platform, Conductor Searchlight, in 2010.
