- Req#: 493752
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in human services related field required; or other approved work/personal experience accepted.
- Minimum Experience: Previous case management experience preferred. But willing to train the right person!
- must be comfortable working with & setting boundaries with children between the ages of 2-18.
- must have the ability to prioritize work and be independent.
- solid foundation of computers is required.
- requires flexibility with schedule, as some days can vary based on the needs of the patients and organization.
- must have valid driver’s license and be insurable through Prairie View insurance company.
- must be able to pass extensive background checks.
- The right candidate will be patient, organized, and have the motivation to provide caring and competent community-based services in the community, school, and in a patient's home.
