      Position Summary

      The Community Engagement Manager at NU-Harmony Academy plays a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing our Community Engagement projects aimed at providing resources and a learning environment within, but not limited to National University’s on-site locations. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, manages project timelines, and ensures the successful delivery of community initiatives from conception to completion.

      Essential Functions:

      Community Engagement Planning and Execution:

      • Develop detailed Community Engagement Business Plan, outlining scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
      • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define requirements and objectives.
      • Execute the plan according to the project plan, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

      Team Collaboration

      • Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements.
      • Foster a collaborative and communicative environment to ensure the smooth flow of information within the project team.
      • Support field team in proactively developing, growing, and retaining strategic, long-term partnerships with new and existing clients within an assigned geography or industry vertical.
      • Build relationships with select group of clients and prospective clients to ensure clients are dealt with professionally, effectively, with team members to reach and maintain growth and revenue goals and at the same time promote the NU-Harmony Academy mission, vision, and values to the company and to its employees.

      Resource Management

      • Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal project delivery.
      • Monitor and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and providing regular reports to leadership.

      Risk Management

      • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
      • Proactively address challenges to keep projects on track and within scope.

      Quality Assurance

      • Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality.
      • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to assess project progress and identify areas for improvement.

      Communication

      • Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on project status, milestones, and key deliverables.
      • Facilitate effective communication between team members to ensure everyone is aligned with project goals.
      • Other duties as assigned.

      Requirements:

      Education & Experience:

      • Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or a related field required.
      • Minimum of five (5) years of related experience required.
      • Proven experience as a manager, preferably in the education sector, required.
      • Experience in higher education preferred.
      • Experience working in a technology-driven enterprise preferred.
      • All skills, abilities and education will be considered for minimum qualifications.

      • Working knowledge, principles, and practices of office management/systems within a higher education environment, preferred. Demonstrates an understanding of underlying organizational issues.
      • Intermediate use of computers and Microsoft Office Suite Applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
      • Work independently and foster a cooperative spirit within a large and/or small team of diverse cultures, while working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, deadlines, and frequently changing priorities.
      • Ability to drive towards achieving measurable and challenging goals to support organizational success. Demonstrates the ability to focus on achieving results consistent with the organization’s objectives. As a leader, develops goals based on the organization’s vision, mission, strategic goals, and objectives.
      • Demonstrates an understanding of underlying organizational issues.

      Candidate receiving offers will be offered a salary/pay rate commensurate with experience that vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Absent exceptional circumstances, candidates will be offered a salary within this range for this position. The minimum salary will be offered based on the minimum exemption threshold based on state of residency.       Compensation Range:

      Annual Salary: $56,890.00 - $76,800.00
