What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate the development of learning initiatives and foster a culture of peer-to-peer knowledge sharing
- Direct the production of high-quality video content addressing specific technical topics
- Strategize the distribution of content across various platforms to maximize reach and impact
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Product Marketing teams to create educational and promotional content
- Utilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and continuously improve engagement strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7 years of experience in project management and community engagement
- Proven ability to drive projects from concept to delivery, applying lessons learned for future improvements
- Experience in creating training or promotional materials with an understanding of adult learning principles
- Proficiency in using content creation tools including Articulate, Express, and emerging AI platforms
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and excellent stakeholder collaboration skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in video production and advanced content creation techniques
- Strong understanding of digital community engagement strategies
- Familiarity with analytics tools for measuring content effectiveness
