What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and implement recruitment activities and events to increase participation in Girl Scouting
- Represent the employer at local events, fairs, and festivals to promote awareness
- Utilize the customer relationship management system to manage leads and follow up on new referrals
- Collaborate with troops to identify and cultivate new membership opportunities
- Provide superior customer service to internal and external stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of education
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities
- Must be flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proven self-starter with excellent independent decision-making skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written communication)
- Knowledge of basic marketing principles, including market identification and segmentation
- Experience in sales processes and lead management
- Proven track record in setting and achieving ambitious goals
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
