What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Educate and assist community members in obtaining and retaining health coverage
- Become a certified application assister for The Oregon Health Plan
- Participate in education and outreach activities, material creation, and appointment scheduling
- Collaborate with state Coordinated Care Organizations, Oregon Health Authority Staff, and other local agencies
- Conduct in-state travel as required and be open to weekend work

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of Customer Service Experience preferably in a social service, health insurance, or Medicaid capacity
- Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing communications in both Spanish and English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
- 2+ years of experience working with community-based programs in the Medicaid market
- 5+ years of experience in bilingual communication (Spanish and English)
